Thank you again soo much for last night!
I thought that you would love to know about some massive shifts and changes that occurred for me over night. As well as lots of downloads in my dream state .. (short back story to follow)
2 years ago when I was 18 I had an abortion and have lived in shame, guilt and fear since. Shortly after I fell into a dark depression leading to a debilitating eating disorder which I allowed my anorexia to control my life for over a year now, I am only just recovering and have done some serious long term damage to my physical vessel although I do believe one day I will be able to heal, but one thing I haven’t had especially was my moon cycle in over a year, and this morning I woke up with my first bleed, not to mention last night, I connected with my guides and the soul of my child for the first ever time!
So thank you again words can’t even express my deep love and gratitude for the journey you and Chris held space for me to take. I can’t wait to see you both again!

In this journey we will connect more deeply with ourselves, Spirit and fellow humans through an Ajna Light Group Session combined with Live Sounds, Seichem-Reiki and fragrances, after which we will share our experiences.
ABOUT THE AJNA LIGHT
The Ajna Light is a tool to help us experience meditation without any effort. The Light can produce altered states of consciousness, similar to DMT for many people. Each Ajna Light journey is different, as it reflects the user's own consciousness, which is always changing.
The Ajna Light uses flickering lights that entrain brainwaves and stimulate the pineal gland. This can induce deep states of relaxation and transcendental experiences. The frequency or vibration of the body will be raised, which allows us to access and explore our consciousness.
The pineal gland, also known as the “third eye chakra”, is thought to be the seat of the soul, the connecting link between the physical and spiritual worlds. Many spiritual traditions contain the idea of opening the third eye to access inner awakening, clairvoyant perception, higher states of consciousness, imagination and dreaming.
